ThrivingBusiness.com Inc., originally Innoventum, Inc., was founded in 2007 by Denise Gosnell and Jynell Berkshire. As attorneys and entrepreneurs, both were frustrated by the lack of free and affordable resources for business owners and people looking to start businesses. Denise & Jynell founded ThrivingBusiness.com Inc. with the mission of creating the best business startup and growth products on the planet, to help each person achieve the life they’ve always dreamed of.

DenisDenise Gosnelle M. Gosnell, ThrivingBusiness.com’s President & CEO, is a world recognized author and attorney. Mrs. Gosnell has a unique background in business, technology, law, and entrepreneurship.

Denise is currently a guest blogger for the Huffington Post, and has authored and co-authored eight business and technology books with Wiley Publishing to date. Denise has been featured in various newspapers and magazines, and has been a speaker at various television,radio, and industry events for her expertise on legal and business matters. For example, she received the Indianapolis Business Journal award: “Top 40 Under 40” in 2005 and appeared on the Inside Indiana Business with Gerry Dick television show in March 2005 to discuss hi-tech legal issues.

Denise has counseled some of the largest software/tech companies in the world, several world-renowned publishing companies, as well as dozens of start-up companies. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science – Business (summa cum laude) from Anderson University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University.

Jynell Berkshire

JynelDBerkshire, ThrivingBusiness.com’s Vice President, has a unique combination of business, law, public policy, and entrepreneurship talents. Jynell has more than fifteen years of experience in government relations and assisting start-up and existing companies with initial formation, growth, and funding challenges.

Jynell has worked with numerous business incubators in designing their portfolio of services for entrepreneurs. She also has expertise in assisting minority-owned, women-owned and veteran-owned companies in becoming certified with government agencies and national organizations. Jynell has been featured in various newspapers and magazines, and has been a frequent speaker at various television, radio and industry events for her expertise.

Jynell has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Ball State University (summa cum laude), and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University. She also has certifications from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
